2012 CEO Forum
February 29 - March 2
Westin Kierland Resort
Scottsdale, Arizona
SMART STRATEGIES FOR STABILITY AND GROWTH
The challenges of the New Economy have encouraged industry leaders to focus on the basics, renewing straightforward best practices as a foundation for better managing and marketing our firms. This year’s forum will help CEOs move beyond the “back to basics” mindset and explore compelling new insights, creative strategies, and advanced tools to energize leadership and optimize competitive advantages. Whether you’re a new CEO or a veteran executive, the A|E Advisors CEO Forum will help you identify valuable strategies, review the latest business trends, and exchange ideas with colleagues from around the U.S.
By popular demand, the sixth annual CEO Forum in 2012 returns to the popular Westin Kierland Resort in Scottsdale, AZ. This acclaimed resort offers golf, tennis, swimming, and a world-class spa. Fine dining and shopping are available both on site and a short walk away at the Kierland Commons.
Registration is closed—attendance is limited to 50 CEOs!
Highlights of this year’s forum include a keynote address from Bill Fotsch, head coach for The Great Game of Business. A nationally known speaker and business coach, Bill will share his perspective on how Open Book Management which was originally espoused in the book, The Great Game of Business, has led to today’s trend toward transparency, and the power of engaging employees as entrepreneurs.
The 2012 CEO Forum will also include a special session entitled “How Do You Lead” by Dr. E. Michael Lillibridge, president of PeopleMap™ Training. This unique opportunity will enable you to self-score your leadership style, and identify your strengths and weaknesses.

Comments from our 2011 CEO Forum:
“Once again, the A/E Advisors put together a wonderful forum and provided great opportunities for networking.”
“Advisors provide the expertise and CEOs provide the experience.”
“I can have a real open conversation about any topic with anyone, which is a big benefit.”
“Once again, I thoroughly enjoyed the CEO conference and found it to be rejuvenating and motivating. It’s a good use of my time. You folks continue to do a great job of coupling a few good outside speakers with a solid attendance list of many talented and forward-thinking CEOs for thought-provoking discussions. The networking opportunities also very much contribute to the overall success of the forum.”
